What do we mean that Filler-Up dumpsters are driveway safe?
Roll off dumpsters are delivered on the back of large trucks and have steel feet and/or rollers that can damage your driveway.

We drop off and pick up our trailers with a standard pickup truck. They have rubber tires, just like your car, to keep your driveway safe.

Can I put anything into a Filler-Up dumpster?
You can load one of four types of debris: general construction debris / house clean out debris, concrete, roofing, or yard waste. Everything else is prohibited. When you request a dumpster, you’ll tell us the type of debris you will be loading. They cannot be mixed.

Please note that roofing materials and concrete are heavier than many other types of debris, and you may hit your contracted weight limit before the dumpster looks “full.”

What if I need the dumpster longer than I expected?
If you need the dumpster for longer than your contract, there is an additional fee of $40 per day, if the dumpster is not already reserved elsewhere. You must call at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to make sure the dumpster is available for additional days.

What if I finish loading the dumpster earlier than I expected?
If you’d like your dumpster picked up earlier than scheduled, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, no refunds are available for partial rentals.

Do I have to be there when it is dropped off or picked up?
No! We want this to be an easy process for you. By giving us the details of where you want the dumpster trailer parked, you do not have to be on site for our “You Load” service. “We Load” and “Quick Load” require you to be on-site when we arrive.

How much fits in a Filler-Up dumpster?
8 yard trailer = about 2 1/2 pickup truck loads
12 yard trailer = about 4 pickup truck loads

Does the fill line in the dumpster really matter?
Yes! We have to cover the dumpster before moving it to prevent anything from falling or flying out during transport. The fill line gives us the necessary space to install the cover before leaving your site.

If we cannot cover the dumpster because it is too full, we will have to unload enough debris to make it safe, and you will be charged an extra fee.

What if I fill the dumpster and still have more to load? Can you haul and dump it more than once?
Yes! If you need more than one dump during your contract, you can call us to come pick up the dumpster and bring it back to you for an additional charge.
